I absolutely love the dealership and the people. I recently purchased a new to me 2023 two-door Jeep Wrangler Sport. My sales person Cole was the best ever. He went out of his way to make sure the Jeep was in perfect condition when I got there. The price was great. The transaction was great. Highly recommend.

Jay helped me out with my car. He was always the one employee willing to help and not give false promises. My car was at the dealership for a long time and he offered to drive me to get me to an important exam on a Saturday morning because I had no way of transportation. He is a kind and genuine person. I recommend getting your appointment set up with Jay! He gets the job done.

The service department was great and extra helpful. The waiting room was very nice and had USB ports at a desk so I was able to do some schoolwork!

A new Jeep with a known misfire issue should be diagnosed immediately, especially when the buyer has been left without a vehicle. If this is the level of support Jeep owners can expect, I’d think twice about service here. Poor communication, no ownership of the issue, and no respect for the customer’s time.

I brought my truck in for oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by Dewayne. He was very professional and quick to answer any questions I had. The service tech sent me a video describing services performed and upcoming needs. Dewayne called me shortly thereafter and informed that my truck was ready. It was in no way a bad experience for me. Best experience with a dealer. I was interested in a car, and despite my distaste for dealers I went down here to check it out. I was able to go to this lot, be greeted and catered to in a timely manner, then test drive, get an offer on my car and numbers on the car I wanted. That’s pretty standard, but what was exceptional, was I didn’t feel pressured. The car I was interested in didn’t turn out to be a good fit, and they didn’t try to shoe horn me into it, or another vehicle I wouldn’t want. They didn’t bully me into proving why I wasn’t going to be a good fit for the car, they shook my hand and told me to contact them if anything changes. All in a timely manner. I’ll keep my eye on their used lot and recommend them to anyone in the market for their inventory. Really exceptional service.

At first some issues with appointment making occurred, but I was called back and we got the issues fixed.

I have personally been reasonable for over 30 vehicles being sold out of this dealership in the last 5 years. Now they have a new owner that does not care about thier customers. We resonatly traded vehicles and have been waiting for over 14 weeks for our extended warranty refund ($4000.00), they will not return our phone calls and just blow us off. Service with this company is absolutely horrible. Stay as far away as you can New owner is Morgan auto group. UPDATE: the Tallahassee dealership has since made things right.

Horrible Service - Unprofessional and Unreliable I cannot express how frustrating my experience with this dealership has been. I brought my car in for repairs back in February, and when I got it back the diagnostic was cleared, but my car was not fixed. After immediately sending it back, I was assured multiple times that the car would be fixed within a week, but that week turned into TWO months of constant delays and I still don't have my car. I've spent a significant amount of money out of pocket while they repeatedly told me week after week that the car would be ready soon. Every single time, I was left disappointed. To make matters worse, I have written documentation of the advisor promising it would be ready on several occasions, and yet, nothing was done. The technicians continue to dismiss my cars repair needs and gave a long list of excuses as to why they can't get to it. This level of neglect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I will never brina my car here again and strongly recommend that others avoid this dealership if they want reliable service.

First let me just say you will walk in a customer and leave as part of a family! I have NEVER been treated with so much respect, honesty, and kindness at any dealership! They did not know I had went to another dealership down the road the day before and been treated like trash because my credit wasn't a 700. (Do not recommend going to Dale Jr Chevrolet. The manager literally sent a young salesman to tell me they wasn't going to help me get into a car! Got an oil change on Friday at Tallahassee CDJR and found out over the weekend that the service department did not secure some of the parts after the oil change and also that my windshield wiper fluid was no longer hitting the windshield. After calling both Monday and Tuesday with no response from staff or managers I stopped by Tuesday evening. I spoke to the assistant service manager Richard Jackson and he was able to resolve my issues.

If I could give Cole Camp a 6th star, I would! He was super friendly and better yet, knowledgeable, throughout the entire sales process. If you or anyone you know in the Tallahassee area is looking for your next vehicle, please walk in and ask for Cole!

Tom Murray and crew went beyond the call of duty to help resolve a tough situation and I greatly appreciate it.

The General Manager Tom Murray is one of the good guys. He helped me through out my whole issue with my transmission/ warranty issue. He went above and beyond. There isn't many GM's that would give you their personal number and actually answer the phone knowing it's you calling. The RAM truck service manager Mike Silvey helped me the best he could with the circumstances he had with my situation. He was helpful and honest. I knew where I stood going forward. Update: The new GM Jason Mink is awesome. After hearing my situation, he looked into the matter and found that the dealership had messed up at the time of sale. He kept in contact with me and remedied the situation. He apologized for the previous management's mistake and was very professional. With management like this i would 100% recommend doing business here. This dealership failed to register my vehicle at the time of sale with the IRS. Now my ev credit has been denied and there is nothing I can do because the dealership did not fulfill their end by registering via the e-file IRS portal. They have 72 hours to do so at time of sale. I was told everything was good and to just log my VIN at tax time. I am out 3750 now and not a thing I can do about it.

Jeep sent roadside service to tow it back to this location ( free = warranty) and I spoke to Suzanne. What a kind and knowledgeable person. I felt at ease and said a loaner would be provided if needed. I called in once to get an update and the GM answered Jason. He was kind and very helpful and made my wife and I feel comfortable knowing we were in good hands and that everything would be take care of. After about ten minutes the gentleman comes back and says he apologizes but, they couldn't do the oil change after I just drove to get cash and came back. Naturally I was not pleased at that point, got my things and walked out the door and said you owe me a free oil change, I'll be back Friday. The gentleman said I'm so sorry you can speak with my manager. I walked to get in my car and the gentleman had his supervisor Dewayne Pickens, come over to my car and said when you come back Friday I will personally take care of you. I did just that and came back Friday and got premier service from Dwayne. I am in the retail business myself and it's people like Dwayne that go the extra mile to make things right. Thank you!

My husband and I came in to work with Robert Davis who we have worked with before. He always makes us feel like family and really helps us get the best deal. He’s a no bull sales guy, he understands family and wanting to do what’s best for your family. He was there for us every step of the way this time but we also came in contact with Tom, the GM. He worked with us on so many different scenarios to help us get out the door with a truck we wanted. Without the help of Matt and Tom i know my husband and I would have left without a truck but instead we are riding in our 1500 Laramie and happy as can be! Truly a dealership that’s there for the customer and not the sale. I can’t explain the appreciation we have for each of them.

I want this review to be precise and accurate as possible because you all deserve to know the true about the TCDJRF dealer from my experience and what I lived there. About two month ago, I took my vehicle for a maintenance/repair, during this time I was treated in the best way possible, driving a loaner all the time (almost brand new)… the service department team (Joedy and David) took care of all needed during this time keeping me informed about everything. Unfortunately a mechanical issue affected my vehicle (still under warranty) and the solution, install a new engine. The service department immediately ordered a new engine but unfortunately the manufacturer did not have the engine available. After 3 weeks waiting for the engine, I decided to go with the other option, trade my vehicle and get a new one, but this trade process was little different than usual because I was not prepare for this, and it was not in my plans (economically) so, I talked to several people from the dealership to see my options, and it’s when I ended talking to the GM. Just took me couple of emails to explain the current situation and find a solution that was reasonable for all of us and set everything in the best way possible. The next day, I was there closing a deal and driving newer, better and excellent vehicle that almost made me forgot the time wasted during the repair and process of my previous vehicle. In conclusion… all I can say is that they are the best of the best, I recommend them eyes closed to anyone looking to get a new or used vehicle. A+ In conclusion: First, I need to say that Fred Noyes (General Manager) has been one of the most effective and straight forward person in this auto business that I never seen before, he helped me resolving my issue in a way that not others would be whiling to do and fast!!! Second, I want to say thank you so much to Laith Harlow for the great support, work and patience during this process. Took my Gladiator in to get an oil leak diagnosed and repaired. Left 4 hours later being told that they won't work on it till I wash the undercarriage and with a new crack in my windshield that ran about 75-80% of the height of my windshield. Service Director, David, let me know in no uncertain terms that it was my problem to deal with.

I even had to reach out to the Customer Advocate for the Morgan Group before anyone called us back! We even called and put the call on speaker phone for over an hour, and no one picked up on Friday! We tried to call the dealership on Saturday and again, no one answered from the phone numbers that they called us from! I had to text my salesperson before I received a response. We were told it didn't have remote start, it does, were told it is illegal to have a strip of tint across the top of my windshield which I asked for before we purchased the car, it is not illegal in GA. They are making good the mirror cover that was replaced but not painted, it is a raw plastic piece, and the front right headlight cover that is full of condensation they are going to put a new seal on. Sunday we were driving directly in the sun, and found over a dozen pin sized rock chips and 1 chip that is getting ready to spider web. Not only that, but we only received 1 key fob, and the remote start and panic button doesn't work, even after putting a brand new battery in it! I is saying that Key Fob #1 is connected to the Remote Start, we have Key Fob #2. I have emailed and texted the sales people that we worked with yesterday Sunday January 21st, 2024, and called multiple times with no answer yesterday (open 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm) and then emailed and called, left message this morning Monday January 22nd, 2024 at 9:45 am. We are very, very, disappointed in the lack of communication we have received from this dealership!

I recently had a recall on my vehicle( chrysler 200 2015) the code was a U90. I got a notice in the mail so I scheduled an appointment at 8am. But when I got there the technician I spoke to at the mopar express lane told me they didn't have the parts. Which was not surprising because that happens. Basically I was told to "check back" when they had the parts to do the job which makes sense. But I can't come up here every other day to see if they have the parts . They experience wasn't bad and I understand the situation but they needs to have some better facilitation. There was never any confirmation that I would be called or notified when the job could be completed or when I should set up my next appointment. They basically told me not to because they may not have the parts and it would be pointless.

Jay at the Express Lane has been so kind and helpful. It’s been a multi-visit problem and he’s taken the time to answer all my questions and make sure that I know my car is in good hands.

I took my 2018 Ram 2500 to the Service Center and met Mike. I had been having chronic problems with the air ride system. Several other dealerships say they fixed it but the problem always came right back. Mike and his staff diagnosed the problem and fixed it correctly. I feel this is one of the most prominent American dealerships in the area, keep in mind we are all human and make mistakes, you get what you give. Let them know and give them a chance, because we've had issues, and they were handled very well!! Just watch out for those pesky birds in the service drive-through rafters 😋 Free car wash vouchers and service tech's that take the time to talk to you even though they are obviously very busy is nice..much respect 🖤
