I took my 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 in for repair. This is the first time I've used this dealership beyond routine maintenance. It was a very positive experience. Jody in the service department was great. He was very helpful and kept me informed along the way. And -- the best part - the issue was fixed.

I worked with Michael, Mario, and Gabriel and they were able to set me up with my dream car for my 21st birthday! The out-the-door price was excellent with what they provided me, especially with the care they offered me after being sold the vehicle. It all came together being the perfect sale after having some prior car difficulties with my old vehicle, but they took amazing care of me!

Bought a jeep wrangler last year and immediately experienced problems with the tpms system. Turns out no tire sensors were installed. Tried to work with a previous GM but didn't get anywhere with them. I spoke to the current GM, Jeff Wagner, and current Service Mgr, Frankie Mugford, and we were able to get the situation worked out. Hoping the good service continues at this dealership. Love my Jeep.

One of the salesmen was honestly way too pushy, rowdy, and at times felt uncomfortable. The way he was speaking to us became overwhelming and, quite frankly, intimidating. It got to the point where my husband and I decided we were uncomfortable with the situation and chose to walk out. As we were leaving, the owner came out to speak with us and personally asked why we were leaving. That really changed the direction of our experience. He took the time to actually listen to our concerns and understand what we were trying to accomplish financially instead of just letting us walk away. We continued talking, worked through the numbers, and eventually were able to get the monthly payment down to where we needed it to be. From there, we were able to move forward with purchasing our new 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We worked with Cole throughout the process, and we really appreciate him continuing to work with us and helping get everything worked out. Buying a vehicle can already be stressful enough without feeling pressured or uncomfortable, so having someone willing to listen and find a solution made a big difference. Nell told me that I get two pil changes with my purchase of my 2023 Ram Laramie truck. It took me a year to get up enough miles for an oil change but as he kept his word, I am currently getting my free oil change. He is a great salesman and honest. You will not go wrong with Nell.

With the Express Service (oil change side) At first I was not impressed. I went in on a Friday for Oil Change and Tire Rotation but I told them that I needed the tires Balanced as well because I had a lot of bouncing in the front. I ended up needing an alignment. They did this and said that that should fix the bouncing and they did not do the balancing. Well, of course as i got up to speed on the interstate the bouncing started and it was worse. I tried calling and had to leave a message and never got a call back. So on Saturday my husband and I took I back to drop it off. I told them what was going on. They took it back and did the balance. Well, they werw going to chaege me for this when I had specifically told them to do this the day before and rhey didn't and I had to take the time to bring it back. I was not happy. The Express Service Manager Dave talked to us and explained that this should not have happen and He was sorry this happened and did not charge me and also I will get a free oil change and tank of gas on my next appointment. I'm giving a 5 star because they listened to my complaint and made it right. Dave is working on making the service center better and that's all I ask.

The personnel were all great, but a special shout-out to Josh Betton, the best salesman we have ever had the privilege of working with when purchasing a car. Michael Oquendo is who you want to speak with when you get there (or apparently you can make an appointment online). Seriously, ask for Michael O in sales when you get there. He was a tremendous help in getting a new vehicle and walking us through the process. I would say I'm a difficult customer and Michael was incredibly patient and made the process a breeze in getting a great deal. I've been to other dealers and have felt some sales rep "ick" in the past; Michael was the opposite of that. 5 stars.
